Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive the goods, during which you may withdraw your order and request a return without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

Items must remain in good condition, show no signs of excessive use, and have complete, undamaged packaging that does not affect resale.
Items such as intimate apparel that are ineligible for the right of withdrawal due to hygiene reasons will be clearly marked as such.

Return Process

Please contact us to notify us of your intention to return the item within the cooling-off period. Once you receive our confirmation, please ship the item to the designated address.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will cover the relevant shipping costs if the item has quality defects or was shipped incorrectly.

Refund Timeline

Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the payment channel may experience delays in processing the refund.

Exceptions

Certain items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal by law (e.g., sealed items that have been unsealed); such exceptions will be indicated on the product page.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with quality defects, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a solution—such as repair, replacement, or refund—in accordance with the law.
